European Union (UPS – tracked courier delivery)

Standard shipping: €18.

Free shipping on orders over €150.

United Kingdom (UPS – tracked courier delivery)

Standard shipping: €15.

Free shipping on orders over €150.

Delivery time: 4–7 business days.

Insurance (Optional)

Customers may add shipping insurance at checkout (€3–€6, depending on value).

Without insurance, compensation is limited to courier standard liability.

Damages & Lost Packages

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery in case of damage.

Send clear photos of the outer packaging and the product for claims.

Lost parcels can only be refunded/replaced after courier confirmation. 

Collection

Free local collection by appointment in Lucan (Dublin area).

Tracking

All parcels are shipped with a tracking number.

Tracking details are emailed after dispatch.

Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

We are not liable for delays due to customs, strikes, or other force majeure events.
